Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Estimated Shipping/Processing time: 2-4 business days.(Business days Mon-Fri). Custom items & finished items are 10-14 business days. Sometimes a finished, painted items may take longer due to drying times. 

Dixie Belle Paint & products will ship from a different location and will NOT be included in you box from Build-A-Cross. They are also not included or eligible for any discount codes or shipping promotions. In Store Pick Up is also unavailable for Dixie Belle products. 



Please note that we do not guarantee a cancellation window. We will do our best if we are contacted within 2 hours of order placement to cancel an order during office hours. After 2 hours, you will need to wait until the order is shipped to you and return it. 

Once you receive the package, you may REFUSE it or RESHIP it back to us at 2033 East Madison Ave, Bastrop LA, 71220. To attempt cancellation email [email protected] or call 318.738.0680 Mon-Fri 9:30am-5pm. Because our order fulfillment is in some cases a matter of minutes and production & shipping continue beyond office hours, once we ship we will only be able to credit product cost once returned to us in sellable condition. BAC Home is not liable for shipping cost to orders that could not be cancelled.



Please note!!! You may NOT add items to an order by internal notes, emails, phone, or fax. Place a new order for additional items.



We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  1. -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  2. -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
  3. -must not be a special, personalized, or custom order(i.e. Names, 3 Letter Monograms, Monograms with any names, painted & finished items)

Some items cannot be returned or have a different return policy time period as noted in that item's particular item description or category. Our general return policy does not pertain to anything with product specific exclusions (i.e. Clearance Category)

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Email: [email protected] Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for a refund or exchange. When a reship is warranted at our expense, we will pay for standard shipping only to re-send the items. We can not pay to expedite shipping even when we are at fault.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Once the package has been received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for sellable items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.



Coupon Codes can only be applied during the order process from the cart. We are unable to combine multiple discounts. And discount codes are only valid during the specified time frames and applied to applicable products. Standard Exclusions to coupon codes when not specified are: Dixie Belle Products,  Paint Products, Paint Kits, retail home décor items, and items for sale in the clearance category.


SHIPPING PROMOTIONS (Including Coupons):

Shipping promotions are good for non-expedited shipping services only. We will choose the most suitable carrier for the delivery for you. If you are eligible for Free Shipping but choose an expedited service, you will be contacted to pay upgraded shipping before we can ship your order. Please avoid this. This will slow down fulfillment of your order. Shipping promotions are not available for Dixie Belle Products.
